My vacuum cleaner stopped working and the tech said it was clogged w powdery substance. He asked if I used baking soda. I did. He said he’d clear it but next time it may get in motor n kill it so I don’t use it anymore.

Do NOT vacuum up baking soda! Especially in a bagless vacuum. Heck, you shouldn't even do it with a bagged vacuum. You're gonna spread the baking soda all over the room, and the motor is going to burn out too.

Baking soda (aka sodium bicarbonate aka NaHCO3) is a chemical, just like everything else in the world that we see, breath, smell, touch, taste, etc. In fact the type of baking soda you are using is Arm and Hammer which is likely not mined NaHCO3 but rather chemically processed in a lab to be made. It is identical chemically either way, whether mined or not, so that doesn’t matter. But I just want you to know how silly you sound. Don’t demonize chemicals, it’s literally everything - the literal building blocks of life. And just because a chemical is made in the earth doesn’t make it safe and just because a chemical is made in a lab doesn’t make it unsafe. Chemicals are all safe and unsafe in different doses and ways.

Put some sandwiches and fruit out there, and granola bars instead of just cookies and candy. Kids don’t need a snack after swimming, they need to eat.

Your strawberry lemonade looks delicious. I made mine about an hour ago, and mines was delicious too. I put another natural sweetener in mind. I may try liquid agave next time. my lemonade was delicious because I knew it had fresh frozen cut strawberries, fresh squeezed juice from four lemons and a natural sweetener over ice. I also threw in some frozen lemonade and strawberry sorbet. 😊 My lemonade was delicious also. 😎
